Luminal Health Partners was founded on a quiet premise. The healthcare reimbursement system is no longer designed to be navigated by the people inside it. Practices are owed revenue they cannot recover without specialized advocacy. Patients are denied coverage that was already approved. Billing companies focus on claim submission. Law firms focus on litigation. The work between those two functions, where most revenue is actually lost, has historically had no home.

Luminal is built for exactly that work.

I spent close to a decade inside the healthcare system before I built this firm. Revenue cycle operations. Behavioral health billing. DDS and DMH program administration. Care navigation in a community clinic. Across all of it, I watched the same outcome happen from different angles. Revenue that practices had earned but could not recover. Programs that struggled to stay open because of money owed to them. Families navigating denials and discharges in terms they were given no fair chance to understand.

The system is not broken by accident. Denials, underpayments, suspensions and downcoded claims are revenue strategies. The people on the receiving end are not failing. They are dealing with a system designed to outlast them.

Luminal is the firm that closes that gap. Our discipline is deliberately bounded. We work the recovery layer of the revenue cycle, where strategy and silence cost practices the most.
